1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 9999k online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and each individual who uses this platform ("User", "you", "your").

9999k is an online entertainment and gaming platform that provides sports betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. This platform is fully secured by SSL encryption technology and operated on a fair play basis.

These terms are written in Bengali. If a translation into any other language is provided, the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding. These terms may be updated at any time, and the updated version will be published on this page.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Identity Verification

9999k may verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-approved document may be required for verification. Failure to complete identity verification may result in the account being suspended or closed.

4 Deposits & Payments

The following payment methods are accepted on the 9999k platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's mobile financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Contact support if there is a delay.

9999k does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile banking service provider may apply their own fees, which are the user's responsibility.

5 Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and the same account used for the deposit.
• Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method and account (in compliance with anti-money laundering policy).

5.2 Withdrawal Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, 9999k may require additional identity verification as a security measure. This may take up to 24 additional hours. If any suspicious activity is detected, 9999k reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold until the investigation is complete.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: ৳18,000 deposit → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the total balance).

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus is applicable per account.
• If the deposit is withdrawn after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 9999k reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers without notice.
• If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage, multi-accounting, suspicious betting patterns), the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Each promotional offer may have its own terms, which will be stated in the offer description.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the 9999k platform operate on a fair play basis. The outcome of each game is determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

7.2 Game Rules

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 9999k may cancel the relevant bet and refund the deposit.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision shall be considered final.
• In sports betting, the game provider's rules shall apply.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, network issue, or other technical reason, 9999k will attempt to refund the bet amount. However, 9999k will not be liable for any hypothetical winnings in such cases.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 9999k platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account by providing false or misleading information.
• Operating accounts under multiple identities for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using hacking, bots, or automated software to attempt to alter game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegal funds.
• Placing bets on a third party's account or playing on their behalf.
• Any attempt to breach the platform's systems or security.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Account Closure by 9999k

9999k reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Extended inactivity on the account.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closure, as withdrawing a balance after the account is closed may be complicated.

• Games being interrupted due to internet connection loss.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment provider services.
• Loss resulting from negligence in securing a user's account.
• Service unavailability due to unexpected server downtime or maintenance.

14 Changes to Terms

9999k reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or through the platform in the event of significant changes.

Continuing to use the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with the new terms, please request to close your account.
